Visit to the Blagaj village
Located 13 km south of Mostar, it is one of the most important urban and rural structures in Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is placed at the source of the Buna river where a typical monastery called Dervish is located Blagaj Tekija. The monastero it is built right between the river and the rock face. It was built around 1520 with elements of Ottoman architecture and Mediterranean style. Visit the Bosnian Stonehenge
Radimlja is a necropolis located near Stolac about 40 kilometers south of Mostar.
This necropolis is one of the most important monuments of the medieval period in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Characterized by huge stone tombstones, called Stećak, dating back to the XNUMXth-XNUMXth century. On some of them there are engravings and epitaphs indicating the date and names of the deceased. Unfortunately, many of them have been destroyed over the centuries, especially during the construction of the adjacent road.
