Barcelona makes the thread in New York and London, then markets apart (of which we have already made a report) one of the new city fashions are the burger bar. A new one pops up at every corner, with different shapes, colors and environments but all with a single idea to make the most loved dish by Americans taste in a traditional or gourmet way: just him gentlemen, thehamburger.
So to the intrepid lover of the genre I would like to recommend the hottest restaurants and especially those that in my humble opinion are worth the expense. Because let's face it, it will also be in but you have to get a quite full wallet (in some more than in others). The Royal

Very stylish restaurant frequented by the population well of Barcelona, perhaps because it is located in a neighborhood that is not very easy going but which sometimes hides delicious surprises like this restaurant. Accompany your hamburger (there are various types and inspired by the various continents) with a gin and tonic, they are a scream. Just one won't be enough for you, believe me. The barman is Italian and will be able to recommend the perfect gin according to your tastes.
Kiosko burger
Marquès de l'argentera, 1bis (M yellow / L4 / Barceloneta)
One of the most loved burger bars ever. Always full to bursting, it is inspired by restaurants of the past offering grilled hamburgers and a spartan service: you ask for your hamburger, pay for it, get a number and then wait your turn by playing sudoku.
El petit burger
Calle Fusina, 3 (M yellow / L4 / Barceloneta)
Small, nice and with a really more than courteous service (which is more than strange in Barcelona). They serve traditional burgers as well tuna gourmet and vegetarians. It is worth coming to Borne and after a day of shopping to stop and rest your legs and stomach.
