This weekend, after the (now) run of the order, it was decided to restore the blood sugar level by going to to eat Italian food a Barcelona at "Spoons". This restaurant was born according to a well-defined concept: good food at an acceptable price.
At the cucchiarelle you can eat a little of everything, from parmigiana to baked pasta, from saltimbocca to salads with burrata. But what certainly saves the pockets and the stomach is the menu proposed by the house and which includes: an appetizer (usually a salad) a first course (pasta mon amour !!!) and a dessert (desserts and pies). All for 8,90€, drinks not included. The drinks, however, have more than acceptable prices compared to many other places. A beer for example costs 1,50€. We tried: salad with mozzarella, vegetable lasagna with provola, baked pasta with artichokes and cheese, eggplant meatballs with sauce, caramel pannacotta and tart.
There were three of us .. I didn't eat everything!
Nothing fancy of course. There is no table service, plates and glasses are made of paper and you have to take cutlery and various condiments yourself. There is only one large table that can seat 8 people. When you are less and you choose this table you have to share it with other strangers. The place however is cute and welcoming with good music and a smell of homemade food that constantly hovers in the air.

Menu € 8,90. Drinks starting from 1€ (water) and 1,50 (carbonated drinks, beer). Café for € 1 (and this in Barcelona is a big news!)
