I have been to Seville and I stayed 4 nights atNH Central Convenciones. The hotel is located at Avenida Diego Martinez Barrios 6. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. We had one top and the room was clean, spacious and modernly decorated.
I paid 260 € excluding breakfast, therefore more or less 30 € to person I would say it is a great value for a 4th star. The only flaw is that the hotel is located a little out of the center, in a residential area but if you like to walk in half an hour you are in the center otherwise there is a metro stop a stone's throw from the hotel.
But if you want to enjoy the city in an eco-friendly way and spend little, there is a station just outside the hotel bike sharing. You can take advantage of this service that the city offers by paying 5 euros (weekly cost) and then every hour they are 0,50 cents and the first half hour is free. Good Seville!
