Opened Sushiko Kaiten, the first Japanese restaurant in a shopping center in the province of Novara.
La restaurant chain with numerous sales outlets in the Reggio area and its surroundings and today in great circulation in northern Italy, as well as in Rome, it has also reached the Bennet Airone shopping center in Bellinzago Novarese, brilliantly replacing a more traditional bar-pizzeria al slice-sandwich shop, whose success was probably in decline for some time.
The offer is tempting: lunch and dinner with Infinity menu, that is, an all you can eat with self service directly from a well-stocked roller, constantly cured and stuffed with different types of sushi and sashimi, presented on a bed of salad or accompanied by crunchy cereal flakes. And more sweets, fried shrimps, grilled cooking and, finally, the possibility of having a very Italian coffee at the counter.
For the most demanding, for those who want to take advantage of the location as a business lunch or a more intimate dinner, there is a separate room, finely furnished and served with care, where you are served according to a la carte menu.
La open kitchen, the youth of the staff, the environment with oriental details make the context very pleasant.
A single flaw concerns an area of the restaurant in the Novara area: the position of some seats along the roller is particularly exposed to the running air (and freezing in winter) coming from the opening of the automatic doors of the shopping center entrance. If you can, get settled in the most protected area: the room is large, it shouldn't be difficult!
Service take-away available: a practical extra dinner-saving option after shopping at the supermarket.
