There are many paths to follow to see the writing, but also to take a walk and admire Los Angeles from altor they are perfect, some are longer and more tiring, others are simpler.


1. Glendale Peak Traill


One of the routes less frequented by tourists, an hour's walk will take you to the top where you can see Downtown LA and the San Gabriel Valley, you can also reach the "Griffith observatory".
At the beginning of the route you will find a parking lot, an ATM and an open-air theater (Greek theater).

2. Bronson Cave Trial

Perfect for those looking for a simple route, not too tiring and with hints of history. Starting from "Canyon Drive”Follow the path that will take you to the top of the hill and to an intersection; turning left you will then find a very famous quarry that appeared in the Batman and Star Trek movies.

3. Griffith Park Zoo

A short hike through the old Los Angeles zoo, closed since 1966; instead of being demolished, the abandoned structures were transformed into a green picnic area.
Starting from the “Merry go round lot one” car park (area with parking, public toilets, tennis courts and children's playground) you will pass by the old zoo and then immerse yourself in the nature of Griffith park with various paths to follow.


4. Lake Hollywood Reservoir Walking Trail

A fairly easy trail of 6 km around the Hollywood reservoir: an artificial lake created in 1924; today the area is called Lake hollywood park.

5. Wisdom Tree Hike

One of the best known routes, it will take you right above the Hollywood sign. The starting point is easily identifiable on google maps (starting point of wisdom tree hike), there is no parking and it is open from 6.00 in the morning until 20.00.
