120 gr water
120 gr milk
20 gr of fresh brewer's yeast
80 gr of butter in pieces
50 grams of sugar
350 gr of manitoba flour

1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
20 gr of melted butter

Once you have a homogeneous liquid, pass the liquid into a larger container and add the flour, salt and egg. At this point, if you have a planetary mixer or a mixer, get help, the mixture must be homogeneous, smooth on the surface. Form a ball and put the dough in a container, keep it away from drafts, perhaps covered with a cloth for about two hours.

After two hours, take the dough and roll it out with a rolling pin until it forms a rectangle of about 50 × 35 cm. Now take the ingredients for the filling. Pulverize the sugar with cinnamon.

At this point, brush over the dough spread both the melted butter and the cinnamon flavored sugar. Make sure that the dough is completely sprinkled with butter, sugar and cinnamon. If you want to add more butter, this is allowed at this stage :)
