Il Compressor is a place located in Tallinn buy for a song. Near the main square, a 5-minute walk in an alleyway, is this place that looks like a pub or a club from the outside but where you can easily eat for lunch and dinner.
The Kompressor is frequented by young, university students and families, the wooden tables are large and the room is spacious. Lights not too strong, wooden beams exposed and large windows overlooking the street.
Here you order at the counter, you do it all yourself, for both food and drink. You take the menu yourself, choose and then go to order. You pay immediately, bring the beer to the table and wait for the crepes. Yes, because at Kompressor they make very good Crepes, both savory and sweet, a specialty that really satisfies.
With a dish like the one above you will stay for sure satiated and satisfied. I tried it with bacon and cheese and with gorgonzola and mushrooms. Alongside the mayonnaise and one good beer, I couldn't finish them, really heavy, but excellent. They also prepare delicious soups, try the one with mushrooms and potatoes with sauce. The price, approx 8 € for everything, to try.
