Space Center Houston is the official visitor center of NASA Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas. The Johnson Space Center is home to Mission Control and American astronaut training, and hosts over 1 million visitors annually.
Opened in 1992 and located in Houston Texas, it is a leading science and learning center of space, with various educational programs for all ages. AND one of the best attractions and things to see in Houston, but also from Texas.
The center houses more than 400 space objects, permanent and traveling exhibits, attractions, live entertainment and theaters dedicated to preserving the history of the American space flight program.
Although the John F. Kennedy Space Center of Cape Canaveral in Florida is more famous and visited, thanks to the proximity to tourist cities such as Orlando o Miami, Space Center Houston is certainly an interesting place to visit and not to be missed on a trip or vacation to Texas. The visit will be a useful and fun experience for the whole family.
