THEHb of Munich, or better Hofbraeuhaus in Munich, it is the best brewery world famous and the brewery that has 400 years of history. The history of the HB is also quite famous the speech that Hitler gave here in February 1920, enunciating the 25 programmatic points of the German Workers' Party.
Leaving aside this part of history, the HB of Munich was founded in 1591 by Duke William V of Bavaria and positioned "Am Platz", very close to Marien Platz and immediately began to get noticed for the quality of the beer.
Since 1828 then I also start serving quality meals such as bratwurst, homemade grilled sausages with sauerkraut and potatoes. All always accompanied by a liter beer and a brezen, crispy and salty bread.
The Bavarian atmosphere is the most striking thing in here. Upon entering you have the feeling of being able to do party for hours, hours and hours without ever being interrupted. The great thing about this place is that i tables are huge, for this reason it is almost mandatory to share them with other guests and to toast every now and then every time the orchestra starts to the rhythm of the music.
