- 1 long normal or technical trousers (2 for men)
- 1/2 pairs of fuseau (for women), perfect for nights on the bus or train
- 1 short shorts
- 5 t-shirt
- 1 tank top
- 1 costume
- 1 thermal shirt with short or long sleeves
- 1 tights (normal or thermal)
- 1 fleece (or a light sweater for warm countries)
- 1 hooded sweatshirt
- 1 light travel duvet (those that close like k-way)
- 1 waterproof windproof jacket
- 1 hat
- 1 pair of gloves
- 7 pairs of underpants
- 7 pairs of socks
- 2/3 bras
- 1 rubber flip flops (I also use them for walking in hot countries)
- 1 light and Gore-tex trekking shoe
- 1 sneakers (to be replaced with 1 pair of sandals if you only go to warm countries)
- 1 sheet bag (BASIC) and 1 pillowcase
- 1 microfiber towel
- 1 pashmnina
- 2 padlocks
- 1 small backpack (normally my hand luggage - see below)
