If you students and low cost travel you cannot not use the ISIC card, I discovered it last year before leaving for Edinburgh and tomorrow I will renew it also for 2012 before my departure for Budapest. It is the only card that can identify you as international student and it is therefore very useful for reduced admissions in art galleries or historical monuments, discounts in restaurants, shops, hotels and much more.
In Scotland, for example, I used it to spend less on the purchase of Tour with Timberbush, to take advantage of the reduced admission to Camera Obscura Edinburgh and to enjoy a free buffet breakfast at the Ibis Hotel Glasgow (the offer is valid in all hotels of the chain).
On my trip to Budapest it will be very useful for entry to many attractions of cultural interest such as the Budapest Opera House, the Labyrinth of the Buda Castle, but also for the Zoo, the Legend tours on the Danube and in many other cases.
These are just two examples, and there is an opportunity to take advantage of theInternational Student Identity Card, which can do in each CTS center submitting documents proving enrollment in a school or university.
