I have been to La Caprese restaurant, for the first time, a couple of years ago and from there it was love at first sight and at first taste.

It probably happened because, as soon as you enter, you don't find yourself in the classic cold environment that many high-level restaurants offer but in an intimate and familiar atmosphere.
Mr. Bruno and his wife Giuseppina come from the splendid Capri and, 40 years ago, they created a place that has now become a pillar in the Bergamo area.
The kitchen
Caprese offers a fish cuisine of excellent quality and never predictable; also gives them a simple plate of spaghetti with clams becomes pure poetry.
From the first time I've been there, I've always been greeted with warmth and kindness; Mr. Bruno always advises his guests on courses and wine, without ever being intrusive and the service in the dining room is truly impeccable, thanks also to his daughter Antonella.
Il raw fish e the lukewarm fish salad they are an explosion of flavors, really excellent and, in my opinion, the strong dishes.
As a first course I really like Spaghetti with Clams Posillipo style and Gragnano pasta lumaconi with Isolana fish ragout.
Not to be missed is theirs too Great mixed fry, wonderful.
On desserts there is plenty of choice and, for this reason, from the first time, I started ordering the Carousel of sweets, where you can eat them all :).
The other times I've been there I've always ordered the Tasting Menu which have an excellent value for money and allow you to taste the best courses of the restaurant.
In short, as you will have understood, I recommend the La Caprese restaurant in Mozzo, at all.
