Monaco it is not only wonderful for its beer gardens, for its greenery and for its undoubtedly excellent beer. Munich is also wonderful for what it offers to its citizens and also to tourists.
In Munich there is a beautiful museum, the Neu Pinakothek that every Sunday puts the entrance to 1 €. I don't understand if you realized :) A beautiful museum with works by Francisco Goya, Thomas Gainsborough, Jacques-Louis David, Eugène Delacroix, Paul Gauguin, Paul Cézanne, Gustave Courbet, Edgar Degas, Gustav Klimt, Wilhelm Leibl, Max Liebermann, Claude Many, Camille Pissarro, Pierre-Auguste Renoir, Vincent Van Gogh and many others alone € 1 per entry.
Among the works there are also Van Gogh's Sunflowers. For those who love art it will seem like a steal to pay so little to see these beauties. Getting to the museum area is pretty easy and if it's a nice day you can arrive calmly and pass by one of the most beautiful beer gardens in Germany, theEnglish garden.
