Sleeping in London low cost, we are at Hyde Park Suite and this is the review of our low cost night in London.
London it is a magical city at any time of the year. It is the European capital that I love most and where I cannot help but return every year, always staying in the same place: Hyde Park Suite.
Hyde Park Suite is a studio (apartment) complex located (from the name you can tell) just above Hyde Park, one of the most beautiful parks in London and worth a visit. The studios are located in Inverness Terrace Street, in the district of Bayswater. Each time I have returned to London I have stayed in a different apartment but have never been disappointed. The area is quite central and the value for money in my opinion is excellent.
It is an excellent travel solution for anyone who wants stay close to central London low cost without giving up any comfort. Hyde Park Suite includes different categories of studios: superior studio, standard studio and economy studio with different types of prices and with the possibility of hosting 1 to 5 people in the same apartment.
I have always booked theeconomy studio, the cheapest type but which certainly does not lack services:
- 25 square meters of apartment;
- entrance with closet, coat rack and walk-in closet;
- kitchenette with utensils (and detergents), appliances (oven, microwave, toaster and kettle), dining table and chairs
- sitting area with sofa, coffee table and cabinet with LCD TV;
-bedroom with double bed and bedside tables
- bathroom with shower box;
- room cleaning and linen change every 3 days.
Everything you need for a comfortable and welcoming stay. You can also take advantage of laundry, ironing and wi-fi service but for a fee.
The apartments are located a few meters from two underground stops, the Bayswater and Queensway stop, from which you can reach the heart of London in a few minutes. Bus stops and bicycle rentals are also close to the metro stops, even if the most comfortable means of transport and which I recommend for visit London it is absolutely the subway.
The Bayswater neighborhood and precisely in Queensway road (the street parallel to the apartments) there are numerous restaurants, including a Chinese, Thai and Italian restaurant, two fast food restaurants (Mcdonald's and Burger King), the Starbucks coffee shop, a post office, a currency exchange office , a supermarket (the Tesco chain), a pharmacy, souvenir shops and a shopping center, a neighborhood where certainly nothing is missing and where there is life even in the evening.
The prices of the Hyde Park Suite apartments obviously vary from season to season and the type of apartment you book, the last time I was there (in September) we spent two people, 150 pounds each for five nights . Considering the location, the neighborhood, the cleanliness, the comforts of the apartments and the English standard I would say it is excellent.
