THEHotel New York it is one of the more buildings characteristic of Rotterdam. Housed in the Holland America headquarters, Hotel New York overlooks the river ahead and the harbor behind. Its facade is characteristic and known in the city, but not only, as a characteristic place to eat or sleep.
On the floor underground there is a barber which uses several Italian products, reserved for hotel guests but also for outsiders who want to come here to get a shave, made in Italy style. The Hotel is also known by newly married couples who often spend their honeymoon here.
On the first floor is the restaurant, in which unfortunately it is not allowed to take pictures, alone at your table, that's why the few images. I say unfortunately because the room is wonderful, colorful, in wood, in the style of a ship's boat but welcoming and embellished with large chandeliers. Inside, families, friends who meet for a while brunch, also there is a small one area where you can read books and newspapers accompanied by a good cup of coffee. A real paradise, wifi included.
Upstairs the hotel rooms. Unfortunately, even here it is not possible to pass that you are not a guest, but by looking at the site I was able to understand the style. Certainly worth a lunch.
