From 'on December 8st 2012 al ! 2013 in the historic town of Zwolle will be populated by the famous fairy tales of the Brothers Grimm. The second edition of the ice sculpture festival, which again this year will take place on the Rodetorenplein, will focus on this theme.
This world of snow and ice, reproduced under one 2.000 m² thermal curtain is the Ice Sculpture Festival which, together with the Ice Hotel Lumen, is once again confirmed as the main attraction of the `` Winter in Zwolle '', which this year is even bigger than the previous edition.

In the world there are approx 26 million volumes translated into more than 160 languages.
In 2012, therefore, Zwolle was transformed into “Grimmville”, with thematic activities and events based on Grimm's fairy tales.
