Lost in translation is a truly incredible film that offers the viewer beautiful images of Tokyo and a truly engaging storyline. Sofia Coppola decides to shoot most of the scenes at Park Hyatt Hotel, Tokyo, a 5 star hotel located in the Shinjuk district. On the top floor of the building is the bar where Bill Murray and Scarlett Johansson they spend their evenings in the hotel.
In addition to bar le bedrooms of the two are another environment often used in the film. Here the two talk, watch movies but often say nothing, understanding each other even with just one look. The outdoor scenes take place in two main locations.
One evening the two decide to go out and find themselves singing in a karaoke, for those who decide to go to Tokyo, take a trip to the Karaoke-Kan, K&F Building, 30-8 Utagawacho, Shibuya-ku. Here is now famous the interpretation of Bill Murray with More Than This, also proposed at the end of the film.

The last scene takes place between streets of Tokyo when Bob is about to return to America and sees Charlotte on the street and the film ends with a 'last farewell.
