Where it is
We are Trentino, in a few kilometers from Riva del Garda. The Camping Tenno Lake, as you can guess from the name, it is located in the Municipality of Tenno, a few steps from the lake of the same name. Located at an altitude of 600 meters it is the ideal place to find some coolness during the hot summer days.
How to get there
There are two possibilities to achieve it. Starting from Riva you can take the winding road that rises from the small town of Varone. Pass the town of Tenno, which with its Castle overlooking the Plain and the Garda Lake , offers you a spectacular view.
Continue until you reach the lake and at the roundabout continue for a few meters in the direction of Tenno's lunch.
If you prefer one way more smoothly, opt for the road that leads to Campi. From here you go up following gentler bends and along the road you will meet many cyclists. Continue until you reach the Lunch Village and after a few more bends you will have reached your accommodation.
Services
Camping Lago di Tenno is made up of about sixty pitches, placed on various terraces. They are all well shaded and suitable for campers, caravans and tents.
For those wishing to try the life of the campsite but do not have their own vehicle, they can stay in one of the seven comfortable caravans. They are all equipped with a practical wooden veranda, so you can be more comfortable and sheltered during rainy days. They can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 people. Inside there are no services. Of these you will find two complexes: one located just behind the reception and recently renovated. The other is located in the lower part of the campsite.
There is also the option to use the laundry service paying a little extra.
The campsite is also equipped with a small but well-stocked facility convenience store.
Also on fine days you can take advantage of the picnic area where there are some tables and gods barbecue. So you can enjoy an alternative lunch on sunny days.
Let's not forget the little guests. For them, near the entrance, there is a small playground, a Swimmingpool and the inevitable ping-pong.
Don't you want to feel out of this world? Peaceful throughout the campsite there is the Free Wi-Fi.
Another thing not to forget is that four-legged friends are welcome, also in this case at a ridiculously low price. Furthermore, Lake Tenno has a beach all to themselves.
Among the various services offered, the novelty of the year is the possibility of electric bike rental.
