Pierre Herme is an extraordinary creator of macarons, he creates macarons with flavor combinations highlighting seasonal flavors only available for a few months at a time. Pierre Herme's shop in Paris makes macarons with pure almond flour without wheat, grains and gluten free.
Among the seasonal flavors there are jasmine, the cherry and pistachio. Also mogador, passion fruit and chocolate, but also coffee macarons, olive oil and vanilla, chocolate and yuzu (similar to lemon), rose, caramello, milk chocolate with coconut.
Pierre Hermé macarons come 72 € per kg but they can also be purchased individually for about € 2 each.
