La Moretta Fano it's a coffee with alcohol originally from Fano but also widespread in the areas close to the Marche city. This correct coffee is usually drunk as a digestive but if you happen to be in Fano you cannot fail to try it, whether it is 6 am or midnight, trust me.
There are several ways to do it, they vary from area to area even if the original Fano recipe is only one and if I can give you some advice, if you can have it prepared by someone from the place, perhaps at home, you will discover the real Fano brunette, other than the bar one already composed;)
A site that can recommend clubs and bars is Where to drink the Moretta Fano, if nothing else, you will have the awareness of drinking something local and not improvised. From mine I recommend the Coffee of the Port of Fano, it is very easy to find, just go towards the sea and then go all the way to via Nazario Sauro. If it's very hot, prefer it shaken.
