I spent last weekend in Trieste and I discovered a new little beautiful neighborhood located right next to the spectacular Piazza Unità d'Italia.
Well this neighborhood has a peculiarity of its own, that is, it is full, but full, of shops and small shops dedicated to vintage. By vintage in this case I mean from furniture, to design objects, to clothing, to accessories.
If you are crazy about shopping and looking for incredible pieces unearthed straight from the past, well, this is a neighborhood for you. You will lose your head whether you love all things design or are, like me, obsessed with one-of-a-kind clothing.
But let's get to the details. The small neighborhood, looking at Trieste from the sea, is located to the right of the main square, and touches, just to name two, Via Felice Venezian and Via Armando Diaz. On these I point out in particular two beautiful shops.
The first is Didy's Trieste (Via Venezian 7) where you can find furniture, pieces of art, objects, records, books, but above all clothing and accessories of each vintage. I found a spectacular blue-gray genuine leather skirt from the 80s.
The second is Boogaloo Vintage & more (Via Diaz 13 - corner Via Venezian) which is dedicated almost exclusively to vintage clothing and accessories in perfect condition, including wedding dresses, with a selection of handmade pieces. Very beautifull.
The prices of both stores are commensurate with state, brand and product type. So the price range is very wide.
