Wakeup Copenhagen: what to expect
This hotel is 5 minutes walk from Kongens Nytorv metro station (which is only 15 minutes from the airport). Given the fact that we are located in a Nordic capital, it is certainly more affordable than other hotels.
The hotel is centrally located, but the street in which it is located is quiet and not noisy. So if you love to enjoy silence and calm at the end of a busy day of visits, this structure could really be for you.

The closest attractions to the hotel are the world famous Nyhan canal with its colorful houses, the Nørreport neighborhood with the castle of Rosenborg Slot, the Amalienborg Slot (the residence of the Danish royal family), but all the major attractions of the capital are within easy walking distance.
Where to eat
For a quick and low cost lunch you can go to or at Torvehallerne KBH namely the Copenhagen food market which is located in the Nørreport district. There is nothing better, to get to know the gastronomic habits of a city, than to try the market. Here you can taste many varieties of both salty and sweet food. Also highly recommended Copenhagen Street Food which is located in the neighborhood of Christianshavn. This is also indoor and is very characteristic as inside the structure (a warehouse) you will find kiosks and vans that sell many varieties of food from Cuban, to pizza, to hot dogs, to Fish & Chips, to meat cooked in various ways etc. etc. If you are looking for good quality food at a good price, this is the place for you: guaranteed.
At dinner you can instead spend a very pleasant and romantic evening in a colorful house along the Nyhavn Canal at the restaurant Leonore Christine. Intimate and peaceful environment and high quality food served with care. The portions are generous with truly exceptional meat main courses. The staff is very helpful and nice, which never hurts!
