When I travel I usually find out about the main tourist attractions of the place I'm going to visit, but besides that I like to discover their typical products, because in my opinion tasting the specialties that a place offers is one of the ways to get to the heart of a city and to get to know it more, and so I also did for my trip to Copenhagen.

2. The national dish

It is a great expedient for lunch or a quick snack while visiting the city, but in the same way you cannot give up tasting the Danish national dish, Or the Stegt flæsk: crispy pork served with boiled potatoes and a delicious parsley sauce.
