Al ristorante Blue Corner, in addition to the possibility of eating a pizza, you will find an environment furnished in Bavarian style and with the staff dressed in Bavarian style.
The owner, Leone, leaves every month for Germany in search of excellent beer, typical products and delicacies from Bavaria. For beers you will be spoiled for choice and I admit, if I can know enough about wine, beers are really my Achilles heel, although I drink plenty of them. Draft beers such as Radeberger Pils or a Monchshof original, bottled beers like Augustiner Dunkel e Schlenkerla Rauchbier, up to Ayinger beers with over ten different types.
Even the offer of typical dishes is varied from roasts and shanks cooked in dark beer, platters of cheeses and cold cuts with black bread up to the inevitable grilled smoked wurste.
So I order a Lowenriesenschnitzel, that is breaded cutlet with cranberry sauce, herb flavored butter, sauerkraut and a brez'n and a mug of Altbairisch dunkel, a truly pleasant and full-bodied dark Bavarian beer specialty. I admit that I would have tasted others too, but given the time, I plan to come back as soon as possible.
I guarantee you that with such a dish you will feel decidedly satisfied without having to order more. Here, with just over 17 euros, you will feel like you have been to Munich.
