In a small historic building, bordering the Vitelleschi Palace seat of the National Etruscan Museum of Tarquinia, rises the Arcadia restaurant, in a warm and welcoming atmosphere and a really nice staff. The restaurant has undergone changes both in the management and in the internal structure where improvements have been made to the location.
The kitchen is research and proposes the local gastronomy, making a mix between tradition and modern taste. The menu is very varied, with land and sea dishes presented with creative, but equally excellent dishes. There are many fixed menus proposed for tourists who do not lack quality despite the not excessive prices.
I was at the Arcadia restaurant a few weekends ago with a group on the occasion and I must admit that I ate and drank very well, although at first glance I thought it was the usual tourist restaurant. I highly recommend it, also being close to the main attractions of Viterbo's town convenient to reach for a break before resuming the visit of historical places.
