Il Bistrò del Mare it was a very pleasant discovery. So many positives about this place that I almost didn't feel like eating in one beautiful setting, cozy, absolutely classy, ​​in center in Florence and at little price.
The Bistrò del Mare is located on Lungarno Corsini 4 near the famous Ponte Vecchio in Florence. The restaurant is modern but at the same time being in the center of Florence leaves that feeling of a restaurant of the past. The excellent service and the dishes well presented and very good. Obviously I brushed everything… ah no, I haven't finished the fried dish, it was really exaggerated: D
My menu included a first of paccheri shrimp, rocket and olives, a second of mixed frying and a final cheescake that has definitely filled me up. What is special about this place? The interesting thing is that by also giving the arrival time, your dishes will be practically ready (after the unnecessary waiting for the pre-meal) and hot. Highly recommended!
