Chiaroscuro is a cafeteria which is located in a very central position, in Via del Corso, a few meters from the most famous Via dei Calzaiuoli in Firenze. Its peculiarity lies in offering different variants of coffee and drinks based on the latter.
The decision is difficult for those who never know what to choose: flavored cappuccinos, fruity teas, chocolate in various flavors and super greedy coffees. In the morning we think croissants, even wholemeal and without sugar, and sweet pastries to tempt you. If you are not thrilled by the idea of having breakfast at the counter, with people pushing behind it, you can sit in internal room, reminiscent of the French bistros. Furthermore, inside Chiaroscuro you can buy everything you need for prepare at home an excellent espresso, from the blends to the cups, without forgetting the coffee pots.
The venue is also open for lunch and for the 'appetizer. If the prices for breakfast are average, from noon onwards the service, although polite and helpful, gets paid, and not cheap. However, you know, changing from time to time is good, especially at breakfast.
