After recent discussion that was created on twitter on Christmas markets I wondered which ones were the best markets in Italythat it was worth visiting. I've never been to Christmas markets, the classic ones I mean, with mulled wine and snow at high altitude.
ClaudioPiazzi he strongly advised me against Bressanone, disappointing, expensive and not very characteristic, he said, he highly recommended Merano, Cavalese and Klagenfurt in Austria.
Trimball instead he immediately recommended Bressanone because obviously it is the place with the Christmas markets that he liked the most, the frame is unmatched and it is the most provided he told me. Then in no particular order a flood of advice, some even risky to tell the truth like lorenzogiommi who recommended the Markets of Teramo or Pesaro, tell me the markets of San Marino, Naples e Innsbruck. More dplastin who recommended the Markets of Rimini: O (city where I live) Emy_80 the Markets of Bolzano e beppebrambilla the Markets of Trento.
Now I have some confusion in the head, I'll have to make a local mind and decide where to go, in the meantime if you have practical advice or something to suggest, more or less disappointing experiences step forward, you would be of great help to me
Ps Ah Trimball won because in DM he sent me the newsletter of South Tyrolean markets ;)
