It's been several years since the Ferragosto I pass it to my house, in Walk, along with my whole family. And when I say it all, I mean about thirty people, including boyfriends, husbands of cousins, nephews and brothers. A family of thirty is a big family, which must be kept together thanks to food. So for three years now we have got into the beautiful habit of calling the fishermen to cook us the mid-August lunch.
At Christmas and Easter no, we do it together and we do everything with our raw materials, but on August XNUMXth, the aunts and the women of the house take a bit of well-deserved relaxation and for 30 € each we indulge in an excellent fish lunch, are served and hardly even have to clean up.
This year, unlike the other years, we called other fishermen. We wanted to change and thanks to the advice of my cousin Sabrina, I discovered the Fish cooked by Luca. But how does this house fisherman thing work? It is very easy! Just get in touch with Luca, who answers the number 340 8412491 and immediately say the actual number of diners. From here on it's pretty much done, you just have to collect the money and go. We were 21 adults and 7 children, the children do not pay with Luca, while the fishermen of the past few years had made us pay a small fee, but still a fee.
The fishermen, in this case Luca and his assistant, have arrived around 11 in the morning, have positioned the truck in the garden and started putting on the water for the pasta and the grill for the second course of fish.
We started eating around 13.15pm, all the first courses arrived at the table, a cold fish appetizer mix really good. Soon after came the fried fish, light and delicious, lightly greasy, a real treat. After all this good luck, the tagliolini with fish and then i MAIN CORSE, finally, fries for the little ones, but not only and lots of salad to help the fish go down better.
The salad and the French fries they were made by fishermen who understand all this, even the side dishes, therefore, within the 30 € each, while last year the side dishes were not included in the price - which was however 25 €. In my opinion, if you consider that children do not eat, those who have one or two children certainly save with the Luca's Cooked Fish, without considering that the service was truly impeccable.
We ate in the garden, in the shade of the great walnut, but if you want and prefer to eat at home, there is no problem. For example, if you are planning to rent a vacation home and then invite friends over for a barbecue, this could be a great way to party without breaking the bank. We had already organized all the tables and chairs, the deck chairs and the hammock for after lunch and also blankets for sleeping on the lawn, complete with a ball for the little ones. But you can also organize a barbecue by the pool, especially if you are planning to rent one beautiful villa in the Marche hills.
Luca's Cooked Fish, I advise to all people who do not want to spend an exaggeration at the restaurant, want to eat well and maybe have the need or the preference to do it at home, perhaps because they have a beautiful garden to make available.
