Christmas approaches, the cities are dressing up and we begin to think about gifts for relatives and friends.
Among the unmissable events a Milan opens the 30 November theCrafts at the fair, exhibition that will remain open until 8 December 2013.
The Fair is a great exhibition of artisans and producers from all over the world who reach Milan for make their products known and sold, is a global village that allows you to showcase the work of many small entrepreneurs who make their artifacts and their delicacies.
It is a multicultural fair in which I am about 110 countries represented who, for a few days, will animate the large exhibition complex and show off their work and creativity.
Objects, fabrics, clothes, artifacts made with human hands, but also food, products of the earth, and then great involvement and a festive atmosphere, music, dances and lots of joy.
A few hours tour in around the world, with the colors, smells, flavors and sounds of many different cultures and societies. In short, not only purchases and Christmas gifts but a real one cultural event which allows us to get closer to distant realities and which always attracts many visitors.
For some years it has been held at the Rho exhibition center, a few kilometers from Milan in the complex designed by Massimiliano Fuksas, one of the largest exhibition venues in Europe which hosts several events throughout the year.
The Craft Fair is a free entry and remains open every day from 10.00 to 22.30. It is recommended to reach the Fair by public transport, both for the heavy traffic and for the high cost of parking. With the red line of the subway, paying the extra-urban area supplement, you can go directly to the entrance to the exhibition center.
The Craft Fair is an interesting and lively event that will allow you, as well as to do Christmas shopping, to spend a few hours “visiting” distant cities and countries, even if only tasting a food or listening to their music or buying a typical product.
Do not miss it!
