Holidays in the Conero Riviera are holidays of sea, beach and fried food. Relaxing holidays, especially if accompanied by the animators of the De Angelis Holiday Center, here is the review of our stay.
De Angelis Holiday Center
The De Angelis Holiday Center is located in Marcelli of Numana, a few steps from Numana, which can be reached every evening with a shuttle made available by the village. A holiday at the De Angelis Holiday Center is a happy holiday in all respects, once you enter here, in fact, you will not need anything else.
Inside the Village they will be provided to you immediately all information to know the schedule of the activities of every single day, to have lunch, breakfast and even get a drink. In fact, anyone who has already stayed in a village will know well that here, as in many others, one is needed drink card to drink. From coffee to water, from wine to aperitifs, everything passes through this drink card which must be recharged at the reception. Obviously at the end of your stay, if you have any money left in the card, it will be returned to you.
La beach of the Holiday Center it is located 200 meters from the exit of the village, and it is here that the buffet lunch is served, for those who have the all-inclusive formula. The beach is equipped with sunbeds and yellow umbrellas, there is also the bar and of course the entertainment that is concentrated at certain times of the day. The water in Numana is shallow for the first five meters and then immediately becomes deep. If you don't like this kind of sea or don't know how to swim, don't forget to bring a mat, it will be very useful.
Not far from this beach there is also a small supermarket to buy water, or whatever you need for your stay. The water inside the village is € 1 the small bottle and € 3 the glass bottle of water in the restaurant.
The other prices are all average, € 1 for coffee and € 2.50 for small beer. Inside the Village there is also a bazar where you can buy the swimming cap. The two swimming pools, one inside and one outside the Holiday Village, are in fact accessible to everyone, children and adults, as long as they have a swimming pool. In the bazaar the cap costs € 3.
Accommodation
There are four types of accommodation of De Angelis Holiday Village, there are Villas, Residences, Studios and Villas. Next to these accommodations there is the all-inclusive formula, which obviously does not change the accommodation, but gives you the right to have all meals, from breakfast to buffet lunch on the beach, up to dinner at the restaurant of the Holiday Center, available.
Le City, are recent accommodations, very nice, in which I was lucky enough to sleep. Inside the villas there can be up to a maximum of four people, the size is 40 square meters. The Villas are equipped with everything, the kitchen is comfortable and functional, there are dishes, mocha, bottle openers, cutlery and pots and pans. A very good accommodation in my opinion if you are looking for some privacy but don't want to be isolated.
Which beaches to see on the Conero
If there is one thing that is not lacking on the Conero, it is the beaches. Equipped and non-equipped beaches, beaches that can be reached by sea and beaches that can be reached in complete autonomy through small paths that start from Monte Conero. The Conero Riviera and its beautiful towns of Numana, Sirolo and Portonovo, offer dozens of beaches, in my opinion all to be discovered.

What to do on the Conero if it rains
On the last day, before departure, it rained on the Conero. Sometimes it happens, even if you never want it, even if we are on vacation and we would like everything except rain. Instead ... it happens. The first thing to do is not to despair, God forbid, we are still on vacation and we are lucky, so let's start organizing ourselves to do something alternative.
If the rain has hit only Numana, I recommend you go to Sirolo, just 10km from the Holiday Center. From here you will have one view of Monte Conero and on the Riviera del Conero without equal.
If, on the other hand, the rain is falling all over the Conero Riviera, I propose two solutions, valid in my opinion. The first is that of an excursion to Recanati, home of Leopardi, where you can still visit the Giacomo Leopardi's house and visit the Colle dell'Infinito.
As an alternative to Recanati, which is about 25km away, there is the beautiful one Loreto, just 13km from the De Angelis Holiday Center. The Marche in general offers tourists and visitors many beauties to see and these are just two examples of the wonders that can be visited around the Conero, but many others should at least be mentioned.
