One of the oldest pastry shops in Viterbo is undoubtedly Casantini which has two rooms in the city center. From beyond 40 years the first shop was opened in the historic center of Viterbo in Via Cairoli, 27 and for some years also in via Monte Santo 24.
The patisserie is also a café and tea room. In addition, there are many typical sweets of the town of Viterbo even if asking the saleswoman she recommended me one above all: the a thousand leaves you see in the photo above, really good! Looking at the tables next to me, I realized that there is a lot of leis in this place hot chocolates filled with whipped cream, here next time I will not miss it :)
