Sunnolm is a hut located between Val Sarentino and San Michele. Reaching it is not difficult, on skis or on foot (especially when there is no snow) getting to the center of South Tyrol is very well signposted. The Malga is in fact located right above the center of South Tyrol, but it's not a joke. There are signs and descriptions stating that this is the very center geographical and a wooden bridge marks the actual point.
Next to the Malga there are gods games for children. Inflatables with climbing, swings, cars and toy cars and above all delicious ones goats. These goats are so cute that I decided to caress them, one of them was so sweet that I started licking my finger. How did it end? That gave me a bite on my finger so hard that it pierced my nail -.-
Leaving aside this particular, I suggest you make a detour to Sunnolm especially for eat. Here they are typical dishes of South Tyrol, obviously written in German and Italian. Among the things I tasted a mixed appetizer with speck, cold cuts, typical cheeses, pickled cucumbers and lots of bread. Then I ordered myself a nice pan: D di eggs, speck and potatoes and finally as dessert we all took the sugared pancake with raisins, a kind of crumbled crepes with jam, raisins and strawberries. A delight.
