Among the main ingredients you will find certified Chianina burgers, Neapolitan meatballs, yellow chicken crispy chicken, bacon and pulled pork. All within two types of artisan bread: a fake American “bun” and a rosette.
Neapolitan street food in the true sense of the term. The restaurant is in fact designed to offer take-away food. Outside there is only a few tables to lean on but in any case it is preferable to take the sandwiches home because the lines crowd practically the entire outside sidewalk.
The model to which Puok Burger Store is based is a bit that of American street food, with the difference, however, that here the Neapolitan tradition is king.
In fact, typical dishes such as Eggplant Parmesan, the Neapolitan meatball and the delicious provolone. And the overseas bun is actually a bread made by a local bakery, which certainly does not imitate the American one.
