Within the festivities for Verona in Love a sporting event could not be missing: the February 17 2013 there will in fact be the sixth edition of the Giulietta & Romeo Half Marathon. Almost 5000 starters in 2012 and this year the aim is to overtake them.
Romeo and Juliet, a timeless and endless love story, as well as this 'half' that will make you fall in love with this city but also with the race. 21,097 km of adrenaline and sweat, but the greatest thrill is to pass inside the Verona Arena before crossing the finish line in Piazza Brà.
Not ready to go 21km? No problem, there is Duo Half Marathon, the relay race km 15 + 6,097. Departure, arrival and times identical to the Half Marathon. Pair up with your friend, training partner or life partner, and you can complete the team. Your performance will be timed with an active chip. One race, two runners, one timed time. The manifestation is non-competitive and free to all, registered or non-registered, without the obligation of a competitive medical examination.
