Last Friday we made a hit and run in Trentino, a Canazei. The goal was two days of intense skiing in the valleys and districts of the Dolomiti Superski. Luck was to find a family-run hotel, thehotel Italy, in the center of Canazei and not far from the ski lift to Belvedere - Sellaronda, so much so that we walked there every morning in just five minutes (150 meters away). We opted for a bed & breakfast service at a cost of 55 euro each in double. It is certainly not a trendy and modern hotel, its years show them all, but it is still well maintained, welcoming and the rooms well cleaned.
The breakfast is abundant, and there is no shortage of pastries, jams, small stuffed krafen, yoghurt, cereals and various fruit juices or cheeses and cold cuts.
The ski and boot room is in the basement of the hotel and is easily accessible from the street. This way you avoid having to enter the small hotel lobby with all the equipment.
For the position I would define it as truly strategic, also because thanks to free parking of the hotel I saved myself from having to pay for the parking in front of the ski lift, furthermore the descent of the White Wolf ends a few tens of meters from the hotel.
