During the period ofOktoberfest talking about beer becomes almost an obligation. If it is impossible to plan a trip to Germany, it becomes a duty to turn to local beers. The Sweet must, the first craft brewery in Prato that has an elephant seen from the back as its logo, it is an excellent alternative for all lovers of hops and the surrounding area. The Mostodolce productions are available in the homonymous pubs in Dishes, near Piazza San Marco, ea Firenze, in via Nazionale.
Both places are very informal and there is aquiet atmosphere. The Prato one is always very full, even in the week. The reason is simple: the beers are really good. The workhorse is the Martellina, honey beer enjoyable, but also the amateurs of the ax will not be disappointed: the Black Doll, the Fox, in short, there are something for all tastes.
If in the restaurant in Prato you can only eat snacks, in the one in Florence they can be organized included real: in addition to homemade first and second courses, there are pizzas and desserts (Birramisù is a specialty).
