The bars in the shopping centers are not particularly noteworthy, especially those in the suburbs, usually dull and rather chaotic. Ops, the bistro of the Center * of Ponte a Greve (Florence), is really an exception! First of all, it is a multifunctional space: bar, restaurant, bookshop, television and radio studio, a place for meetings and debates. It is also really worth a visit to enjoy a peaceful breakfast or an alternative aperitif.
It is easily accessible, either by car or by tram, therefore well connected with the city center, and retains a quality in the choice of food and wine that many times in the center of Florence are overlooked. The prices are affordable and the service fast and courteous. I forgot ... the place is also beautiful: very bright, both in the library area, both in that of coffee. The pieces of furniture are also for sale, except the great cow that always came out of the cow parade that raged in Florence a few years ago and that welcomes you in the place.
Must try, especially if you have children because the book section dedicated to them is really large or in conjunction with some event organized by Ops, the very open center of Ponte a Greve.
