Let's start by sharing two portions of prosciutto from Romagna blackberry sliced with a knife accompanied by fornarina, coarse salt and rosemary, and wholemeal piadina - they deserve the taste only for the scent they make!
We continue by ordering who the mixed to grill of the Osteria - bacon, mutton, sausage and chop - with roasted potatoes and cabbage with bacon, or pizza - we want to talk about the "Bulli": tomato, buffalo, stinker from Moena and culatello from Zibello? or "Gabena": mozzarella, artichokes in the pan, stewed cabbage, country herbs, broccoli? (the names of the pizzas are a tribute to the old inhabitants of the village), drinking sangiovese di Mancini 2011.
We don't even give up sweets: trilogy of creams, puff pastries with Chantilly cream and mascarpone.
