There is a place in Rome, just a few minutes walk from Spanish Steps, which when it comes time for lunch or dinner, turns, as if by magic, from egg pasta shop, in Take away "inn".
It is called "Pastificio Guerra" and is located in via della Croce 8.
The place is small, simple and spartan and usually when rush hour comes it is always full of people queuing up to order a nice plentiful, healthy and tasty plate of pasta.
