I'll be the correspondent this weekend in Pomaria, a weekend long event to celebrate the apple harvest period of Val di Non. This will be an opportunity to immerse yourself completely in the life and traditions of Trentino valley. Exhibitions, cooking classes, itineraries, workshops, menus and many other activities will therefore be completely dedicated to the queen of this territory.
Our program will have Casez as a point of reference, it is precisely here that Pomaria takes place: we will participate in the Taste Workshops, we will visit the corners of the products at km 0 and to conclude on Sunday we will personally pick the apples !! But the Val di Non is not only made up of these, and in fact we will be guided to two particular places: the Canyon Rio Sass and Sanctuary of San Romedio. The accommodation that will host us in these days will be thePrimo Sole farmhouse, that already promises well from the website, giving a great feeling of "home".
