Last weekend I stayed one night at the Piccadilly Residence in Rimini, in Zone Marina Centro. The choice was made a bit by chance: the price was good and we are in high season, also the online reviews spoke of it all well, and I can only recommend this property highly.
The palace, of a very bright yellow color, faces on one side on Viale Regina Elena and on the other on the sea, here there are different types of apartments: one-room, two-room and three-room apartments, all with balcony and equipped with a kitchen with everything you need to use it, oven Microwave, linen bedroom and bathroom. In each apartment there is also theconditioned air and a large one is available parcheggio free underground, plus the connection Wireless covers the whole structure. The top floor has been renovated more recently and in particular we were lucky enough to stay in room 614, the only one with a balcony that runs along the entire side of the structure, from which you can enjoy a truly beautiful view: ask if it is available when you book!
The location is enviable: you are in fact a stone's throw from the sea, the nearest supermarket is just across the road, restaurants and shops are all over the street and the price is certainly "affordable", in a two-room apartment for four people, for one night we spent 145€ and, for example, the last minute offer for this week included all-inclusive for up to 4 people at € 900 (including final cleaning). By booking from their website there is the possibility of having the All inclusive rate which also includes umbrella and beach beds reserved. However, it is not mandatory to stay here for a whole week, on the booking.com website there is the possibility to book a room even for just one night (and you do not have to pay the € 45 final cleaning).
