Ischia Terme useful advice, information and suggestions
Since I have visited Ischia for the first time I literally fell in love with it, so almost every year I happen to go to Ischia, even just for a weekend, to experience unforgettable days, full of breathtaking landscapes, good food and absolute relaxation.
Also this year we chose the month of October to go to Ischia, and it was a fantastic weekend.
We stayed in a small pension in Forio, very familiar environment, away from confusion and above all very romantic.
We dined by candlelight, background music and a breathtaking view of the gulf, ideal for those who decide to spend a few days away from city stress.
What are the spas of Ischia?
In addition to the very famous thermal baths of Poseidon I recommend you go to Negombo thermal baths, they are smaller, surrounded by greenery, caves, showers and the upper part is wonderful.
Ischia where to eat well and spend little
Less known are the Castiglione thermal baths very close to Ischia Porto, the smallest of the three, but in almost all the pools there is a whirlpool and the sauna is located in a cave.
Nothing short of spectacular.
The cost of the spa varies from 25 to 28 euros for the whole day, otherwise there are discounted rates after 13.00.

Enough for a sauna and a little whirlpool.
We were one day at Nitrodi showers in the municipality of They cheat but they are not very well known, hidden in the green, but believe me its waters make the skin much smoother and more luminous.
They say it helps heal wounds and improve diuresis.
Absolutely not to be missed is Sorgeto, near Sant'Angelo.
To arrive by car you have to hope not to cross anyone.
The road is very narrow two-way, but once parked go down 300 steps to get to the sea and on the left side you will find hot water, completely free natural spas.
For those wishing to avoid the stairs can easily reach Sorgeto with Taxi Boat da Sant'Angelo.
If you have time, visit the nearby one Procida (20 minutes by ferry from Casamicciola).
In the morning we walked around the historic center near the port and in the afternoon we went to the sea in the Chiaiolella marina.

It is really worth going around the island by bus.
Obviously it is wonderful to go to the Terme di Ischia even in winter the structures are all highly specialized.
