In Sardinia the food is really great: in the post, six places where you can taste typical Sardinian dishes. Restaurants, agritourisms and fry shops, ready for a taste tour?
La Sardinia, beautiful Italian island, it is impossible not to love!
Wonderful sea, perfect climate, friendly people and excellent food.
I have been to Sardinia twice and the last time I visited the part South.
Below I list the places where I ate better on my trip and, I'm sure, they won't leave you disappointed!
1. About Furriadroxu - Pula
This restaurant is located in Pula and specializes in meat, because it presents all the dishes of the true Sardinian tradition.
I recommend the typical Sardinian dumplings seasoned with sausage, that is, i Malloreddus At Campidanese, the typical Sardinian pig that they cook very well here, the Sardinian sausage and, of course, the Sardinian dessert par excellence, la seadas.
Very nice and local staff always full, I recommend you book.
Absolutely affordable price for how much you eat and how you eat.
2. Agriturismo La Biada - Pula
For who loves to eat This is the right place.
Il price is fixed and the menu changes according to the period, you know when you sit down what you will eat.
Very nice place.
3. Not only sea - Pula
This, more than a restaurant, is one fry to take away or with seat.
La fish fry it is a show, as well as the value for money and its nice owner.
In short, not to be missed for a lunch or dinner in perfect style street food.
4. Akumal - Chia
Attached to the famous beach of Chia, this restaurant specializes in fish.
Try theirs antipasti di mare but, above all, my beloved pasta with Bottarga… Really good!
Average price.
5. Donatello's Pearl - Calasetta
I can say that this is the most beautiful and best place I have ever eaten.
We were there for lunch, on a day trip to Sant'Antioco and, although it was a fairly expensive lunch, it was absolutely worth it.
I recommend the Carbonara di Mare and spaghetti with Red Prawns; truly a delight !!
The restaurant has a sea view and is very elegant.
6. Trattoria La Briciola - Orosei
This restaurant is located near Orosei, before Cala Ginepro, and it's small but cute.
Here too I ate there Carbonara di Mare with the addition of squid ink which, to me, I really liked.
Their is also excellent seadas and homemade bread.
Cost in the norm.
This my last trip to Sardinia has remained particularly in my heart and, in talking about these restaurants, all the good memories have resurfaced.
In this period I am cooking a lot of things with the delicacies that I brought home and, although I am doing it, I would rather go and eat in one of the places I have listed!
