Screen Water is the project launched for Christmas on the Ferris wheel of Rimini. Not exactly on the wheel, but where along with the Ferris wheel has more effect. We are in Rimini, in the port area, where for some years now, in summer but also in winter, the Ferris wheel has taken its place, indeed it has conquered it. This is how we will see Fellini's dream of a waterfall at Christmas this year.
From Friday 20 December until Epiphany every day the Ferris wheel will give a show every hour, from 17 pm onwards. The big wheel will be the setting for a great show linked to Federico Fellini's atmospheres projected in a unique and suggestive surface, a waterfall.
In the area of the canal port, a water fountain will be positioned 12 meters high and 20 meters wide with a highly suggestive effect of a vaporized spray enriched by visual graphic effects. Not only the historic center will be festively decorated with the Christmas markets in Piazza Tre Martiri and Piazza Cavour, but also the area along the seafront.
The shows, of the duration about 10 minutes they take place starting at 17 and will be repeated every hour depending on the weather conditions.
Four key moments in Fellini's career will be represented by four films, La strada, La dolce vita, 8 1/2 and Amarcord.
