The fastest and easiest way to go to Christmas markets is to go in train. By car you can run into unexpected queues, fog or snow, while by train it is usually easy to reach the destination and enjoy the Christmas markets in full autonomy.
THEItalian Tourist Railways AssociationIn partnership with Trenord has organized several trains departing from the cities of Milan, Bergamo e Brescia. The trains will stop in the stations of Treviglio, Montello, Grumello del Monte, Palazzolo sull'Oglio and Rovato. The trains will run weekly, only on Sundays of 23 and 30 November 2013 and 1 and 8 December.
600 places by train with departure for the return scheduled for the late afternoon, after 17pm. An excellent way to go and see the Christmas markets of Trento while sitting comfortably with your loved ones enjoying the magic of Christmas.
La departure from Milan for example it is set at 7.45 in the morning with return at 19.40 in the evening. From Brescia the departure is for 8.55 with return at 18.35. Each trip has a return cost of € 30 per person for adults and children aged 14 and over, for children aged 8 to 18 the price drops to € 16 round trip, while for children up to 8 years the trip is totally free. For groups with over 25 participants, the return trip costs € 27 each with a free ticket for every 25 participants. Finally, on the return journey, travelers will be accompanied by apples from Trentino.
