Coming back from Rome along the E45 I have often decided to stop by Teverini, but never using the Prèt a Portèr solution.
Let's face it, if you intend to choose an appetizer, a first course, a second course and a dessert from the menu, it is natural that you can spend no less than 80 euros each. But by calling and booking the Ready-to-wear, you have the opportunity to taste culinary elaborations of haute cuisine spending much less, also choosing the menu of the day from 23 29 to EUR. A big difference.
The Prèt a Portèr, inside the restaurant, wants to be almost an annex of the restaurant but with a young and informal line. Your palate will be satisfied, your eyes will be ecstatic and your wallet will not scream in pain. To meet the customer, Teverini also offers the solution of half portions, at half price of course, so as to allow the tasting of more dishes.
Honestly I have not found such proposals in many other high-level restaurants in Italy.
