I love the Nordic style and I love finding it in Italy even more. Abroad it is easy and even more so in Northern Europe, but we who in Italy are looking for Finnish atmospheres, Swedish details and so on, are always a bit amazed when we are faced with so much beauty. This is Home in Padua: Guia and Andrea's house
I immediately fell in love with their site, the colors, the details, the attention to detail and once I got there, I was not at all disappointed, quite the contrary. I think that sooner or later I will have to return, alone, if only to sleep in the beautiful Pop room with the clouds on the walls, but let's go in order.
Guia and Andrea's house is brand new, it's not even a year old. The house is located a few km from the exit of South Padua and is located 200 meters as the crow flies from the terminus of the tram stop which in a few minutes will take you to the center of Padua and which is in operation from morning to night. During the day by tram every 8 minutes, after 21 pm until about midnight with passes every 15 minutes, approximately. There area is safe, residential, with beautiful houses nearby.
Rooms
Le There are three rooms available, one double and two singles but with a French bed. Each room has its own soul, a philosophy. From the room Pop with clouds on the walls and in the brightest colors, to the room B/W, always single, up to Nordic with Nordic details, large spaces, a large wardrobe to stay several days (and I swear you will be tempted) and a large bathroom at your disposal, outside but in front of the room, where there is a nice bathtub that also acts as a shower.
He also lives at home Plum, the beautiful blue-eyed cat, a little scary, but harmless. For this reason, reservations with other animals and reservations of those who have are not accepted allergies to animal hair. We have always and only seen the cat in the kitchen, at most you will find it in the living room, if you are particularly nice, but there is no problem as regards the frequentation of the animal in the bedrooms, in case you worry.
A super breakfast

The breakfast at This is Home is excellent, fresh and gives you a lot of energy. Apple juice, water, tea, herbal tea and coffee. Rice milk as well as soy milk and regular milk. Almonds pie, made with almond flour, yogurt, fruit and homemade cookies. Nothing is left to chance, not even the dishes and the high chair for Giulio which we had not even thought of.
Ho particularly appreciated the choice not to keep the television in the room. There is a nice television in the living room of the house and I think it is one of the best choices. More words and fewer images, more looks and less bewilderment from TV shows.
Il Wireless it is free and very fast, the furniture to be copied (I swear I constantly asked "and where did you get it?"), the welcome that would be the envy of some Hotel, or at least some Hotel would have to copy, and the availability of the owners of incredible home.
