A Treviso takes place Tibet, Treasures from the roof of the world. The exhibition in absolute and exclusive preview offers 300 precious finds dating from the fourteenth century to the present day, released for the first time from the State Museums of China and Tibet.
After more than two years of inspections in the Tibetan cities of Lhasa, Shigatze and Gyantze, and in the Museum of Nationalities in Beijing, as well as in the imperial collections kept in the Forbidden City, Adriano Màdaro, curator of the exhibition assisted by a scientific commission made up of leading Chinese Tibetologists, chose all the finds according to an itinerary exhibition that will illustrate the various historical, religious, artistic and ethnic peculiarities of Tibet and its people.
